About

Leah Ballard (née Pumfrey) is a 2022 graduate of Sheridan College's Bachelor of Animation program. She is currently living in the Cincinnati, OH area with her husband and two cats. Her twin sister Cora Potvin also lives near by. Leah is working as a freelance children's book illustrator at the moment.

 

She has illustrated two children's books. "One Holy Marriage: The Story of Saints Louis and Zélie", released in March of 2023, published by TAN Books. "Abba, Father", her second children's book was released January 2024.

Leah has also worked as a background painter and colour stylist on Seasons 13, 14 and 15 of Cyberchase at Pip Animation. She additionally worked at Pip on a pilot episode as both a layout artist and background painter.
